Arrival

There are only two main access roads leading to Benecko – from Jilemnice and from Vrchlabí. Choose the one that's closest to you or makes more sense depending on where you're coming from. In both cases, the road will take you directly to the center of Benecko, from where it's just a few minutes to our reception.

What to expect after arrival

Payment for lessons

I have paid for lessons

If you paid for lessons online, this step doesn't apply to you.

I haven't paid for lessons yet

To pay for lessons, you can stop by our reception where you can pay in cash or by card. If you want to handle payment in advance, contact us and we'll happily send you payment instructions for online transfer.

Ski pass check and purchase

Before heading to your lesson, check that you have a ski pass, as it's not included in the lesson price. If you don't have one, you can purchase 100 or 300 point ski passes at our reception. Hourly, daily and multi-day ski passes can be purchased at benecko.info or at the HSK lift or Kejnos cable car ticket office.

Equipment check

Before the lesson starts, check that you have the necessary equipment. If you're missing something, contact our partner rental shop where they'll be happy to lend you equipment.

Lesson details communication

Lesson details such as meeting place or instructor name will be communicated to you by phone or email after booking. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
